ESG That Actually Delivers
What does Social Value mean and could Veterans Can... support you in meeting your goals? Often ESG investment is diluted by intermediaries, slow governance and opaque reporting. The result is spend that looks compliant, but struggles to show real-world impact. Veterans Can... do it better

Veterans Can… Do Exchange
Built for Veterans in Australia who are creating, or ready to create something viable, socially useful, or both, this event, delivered with our mates at OpOz, led to the allocation of the inaugural Australian Veterans Can... Deliver enablement grant.

Veritas VA
In October 2025 Dionne Ross, the Founder and Director of Veritas VA Ltd, was awarded a £10k Veterans Can... Deliver grant to boost her own business and allow her to train other Veterans to become Virtual Assistants (VA). This is fantastic opportunity for Dionne and her new associates, who will soon be able to earn well while working flexibly.

Veterans Can… Appear on The One Show
Veterans Can… recently featured on BBC1’s The One Show, shining a national spotlight on our Enable initiative — a unique, community-powered grant programme where Veterans choose which Veteran-owned projects receive funding. This recognition marks an important step in showcasing how peer-led support can create real impact across the Veteran community.

KH Plant Training
A recipient of one of the first 2025 VC... Enablement Grants were KP Plant Training Ltd, who used their grant to recruit, train, certify and place many Veterans into meaningful employment in the construction sector, ensuring they have appropriate onboarding and mentoring support throughout.

Veterans With Dogs
A recipient of one of the first 2025 VC... Enablement Grants was Veterans With Dogs who used the grant of £10,000 purchase and support a vital early-stage component of their wider programme, including the socialisation of two assistance dog puppies and participation in their first residential training course.

Save A Warrior
In 2024 SAW(UK) entered a submission to be considered by the Veterans Can... community for the allocation of our inaugural Veterans Can.... Deliver small grant. Adam and Tom's bid received the most votes and shortly afterwards we presented them with £5000 towards running their programme.

The Fallen of Afghanistan
Our first major project, made possible by our members and supporters, was providing funding and planning support to the Veteran portrait artist Kev Wills and his The Fallen of Afghanistan series Budha Magar to enable them to present portraits of the 15 Gurkhas killed in Afghanistan to the museum in Pokhara.
