Where can I buy tickets?
All official tickets to the event are only sold through this website via Eventbrite. Do not purchase tickets from any other ticket site, as these will not be valid, and we can not guarantee that you will be able to get your money back. Buy tickets
Where are the Veterans Can… at Pippingford?

Age Restrictions
All ages are welcome into the Veterans Can… Festival at Pippingford. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 25 or older at all times. We recommend getting a wristband with your contact information to put on your child’s wrist so that in the event they get lost, we can contact you immediately. Anyone lost or is missing someone should find a festival organiser or go to the Community Hub to seek help.
The only forms of identification we accept are:
- Valid passport
- Valid driver’s licence
- PASS identification card
You must have the original document; copies are not accepted.
dogs
Yes – well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Veterans Can… Festival.
We know dogs are part of the family, so you’re welcome to bring them along to enjoy the day.
Please help us keep everyone safe and comfortable by ensuring that:
- Dogs are kept on a lead at all times.
- Owners clean up after their dogs.
- Dogs are well-behaved around people, children and other dogs.
- Plenty of fresh water is available, particularly in warm weather.
Please note that some demonstrations, activities or food areas may become busy or noisy, so always consider your dog’s comfort and wellbeing.
Travel
Where is the site entrance?
The site entrance is HERE. This is where everyone needs to go to get on-site.
Parking
There is parking on site, a short walk from the campsite. There is no charge for parking.
Train
Victoria to East Grinstead line:
This terminates at East Grinstead and runs every half hour through the day. Journey time from Victoria is 55 minutes.
Taxis from East Grinstead station take 15 minutes.
Bedford to Brighton Line:
Stop at Haywards Heath.
Taxis from Haywards Heath station take 25 minutes.
Victoria to Brighton Line:
Stop at Haywards Heath.
Taxis from Haywards Heath station take 25 minutes.
Bus
The nearest bus stop is at Wych Cross (about 1.5 miles from Pippingford) and is serviced by:
261 East Grinstead to Uckfield.
270 East Grinstead to Brighton.
By special request, drivers on the 261 East Grinstead to Uckfield route may stop outside the entrance to Pippingford on the A22.
All taxis should be pre-booked.
Food
What food and drink will be available in the arena?
There will be a fantastic selection of food and drink available throughout the day, with something for everyone.
You’ll find:

- 🍦 Ice cream from Indulgent Ice Creams
- 🍔 Hot food from Soall Smoke & Flame
- 🍺 Drinks from Ad Astra and Powder Monkey Brewing Co.
Vegetarian and soft drink options will also be available.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINK?
No. Outside food and drink are not permitted within the festival site.
This helps us support our fantastic food vendors, manage site safety, and ensure everyone enjoys a great event experience.
If you have a medical condition, allergy or dietary requirement that means you need to bring your own food or drink, please contact us in advance and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I buy alcohol?
Yes. Alcohol will be available to purchase from our licensed vendors. Please drink responsibly. Challenge 25 will be in operation, so please bring valid ID if you look under 25.
Will card payments be accepted?
Most vendors will accept both card and cash, although we recommend bringing a bank card as some traders may operate cashless systems.
Permitted/Restricted Items
You will be searched upon entry, and restricted items apply to both day and camping attendees.
You will be subject to a search again should you go back to your car to collect more camping items.
VC… Members Only Camping
WHO CAN CAMP?
Camping is exclusively available to Veterans Can… subscribed members attending VC… Celebrate.
Camping is the perfect way to make a weekend of it, enjoy the evening celebrations, and connect with fellow members in the beautiful surroundings of Pippingford Park.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
Our campsite includes:

Camping is designed to provide a comfortable, relaxed environment where members can unwind after a fantastic day at the Veterans Can… Festival and evening celebrations.
CAN I BRING A CARAVAN OR CAMPERVAN?
Yes. We have a limited number of pitches available for caravans and campervans, which must be booked in advance.
Your caravan or campervan must be a purpose-built vehicle with fitted sleeping facilities. Converted vehicles are welcome provided they are clearly designed for overnight accommodation with appropriate ventilation and permanent sleeping facilities.

Please note that camping is available only to subscribed Veterans Can… members attending VC… Celebrate, and all campers must have a valid event ticket.
